Feels So Good, But I Know It's Wrong

Have you ever done something that you know you shouldn't do but it's too tempting to not do it? That you know that you'll regret it afterwards but in that moment, it feels so good, so right? Yeah...right now I'm having chocolate chip ice cream. The cold, creamy goodness touches my lips and tongue as I lick it off my spoon, while I'm trying to chew on the sweet bits of chocolate pieces before they slide down my esophagus, melting away into my happy tum tum. I scoop up every last piece of ice cream and am ready for the foodcoma to set in. Memories come rushing back of me when I was a kid, sitting on the couch with my huge bowl of ice cream, without a single care in the world. Those were the days that I could eat the chilly treat. Those were the days when I didn't have to feel bad afterwards.

So what's wrong with eating ice cream, you may ask? Answer: I'm probably going to have to run to the bathroom in less than an hour. If I'm lucky, I'll just be a gas machine.
