I don't write about Ivan the Landlord that often because there's not much to say about him. All I know is that he sounds like he's yelling when he talks, he lives by himself, and he's quite the handyman (although he couldn't fix the broken flapper in the toilet...by the way, John Crapper didn't invent the toilet...). Sometimes I wonder if he has a girlfriend because I never see anyone with him. But then again, no woman in her right mind would date a blare horn unless she was deaf or has a fetish for loud things.
As I'm trying to work on my final project for class, I hear Ivan screaming in his native tongue along with a woman and another man who sounded like they were screaming too. If I understood Croatian correctly, Ivan was saying how he wanted to pull the woman's hair, the other guy was arguing that he wanted to cut her hair, while the woman wanted to stab both of them in their right foot and then lick their wound clean. I'm tempted to stereotype Croatians as loud ass people who sound like they're going to bust a hemorrhoid when they talk. Is three people enough to validate that stereotype?
