I joined Cathie at Marche aux Puces de Saint-Ouen, a flea market with more than 1,500 second-hand and antique dealers who sell furniture, glassware, silverware, clothes and other knick knacks.
I'm not a fan of old, used things or antique decor but enjoyed looking at the items and the rooms set up by the dealers. Like what kind of person would buy this creepy tan doll?
Unfortunately not for sale.
After we went to the Musee National Rodin to check out The Thinker sculpture. And of course I did my thinker pose with it.
I should try getting lost in my thoughts in the nude sometimes.
The artist Auguste Rodin lived at the Hotel Biron which is now the museum.
The garden is filled with his bronze and terracotta sculptures. After seeing so many artworks of nude bodies, I find the human body more beautiful than ever.
Except for this guy's crack. Life imitating art!
The dudes from The Gates of Hell sculpture.
