Geneva: Botanical Garden, Broken Chair at the United Nations, and Posing with Stuffed Animals at the Museum of Natural History

I think I miss NYC because today I went to places that are also in NYC: a botanical garden, the United Nations and the Museum of Natural History

Everything pales in comparison to NYC. The Botanical Garden is small and isn't very pretty.

The only thing I liked about the garden was this peacock. Sadly, he didn't want to woo me with his feathers.

I didn't go inside the UN because I arrived during their two hour lunch break. Slackers!

Across from the UN is a wooden sculpture called Broken Chair. The artwork was commissioned by Handicap International to urge all countries to sign the Mine Ban Treaty and to honor their commitment to help mine victims and to clear mined areas.

Then I went to the Museum of Natural History because I needed to use the bathroom. Plus I like to pose with stuffed animals. I've used some public bathrooms and they're actually all clean. I love baby owls! But when they grow up, they get ugly.

Whenever I see a warthog, Pumbaa's voice starts singing in my head, "When I was a young warthog..." Makes me want to watch The Lion King now...

I think sloths are cute.

Happy Feet!

I wish I rode a camel in Morocco.

A bit graphic, but it's The Circle of Life!
